Most orders received by 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the same day, orders received after 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday after 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the following Monday.
No orders will be shipped on holidays.

Any customization of a product may delay the shipping time. Some lift chairs, wheelchairs; scooters, lifts, and some other products are built specifically for you! These products can take a few weeks to ship and you will be notified by e-mail after your order is placed.
Standard wheelchairs that have no customization or options chosen should ship same or next business day. If you purchase a power, ultra lightweight, or any other customized wheelchair where you chose specific options, this chair may take 1-3 weeks to be built. We will get the chair out to you as soon as it is ready! You will be notified by e-mail with the build time after your order is placed. Please contact us before placing the order if you have questions about this.
Scooters may ship right away or may need to be built for you. This depends upon the scooter you choose. Basic scooters (no options are chosen) should ship same or next business day. If you purchase a scooter that needs to be built it can take 1-4 weeks to ship. You will be notified by e-mail the build time after the order is placed. Please contact us before placing the order if you have questions about this.
Lift chairs usually ship within 1-3 business days if they are in stock. Many factors determine if a chair is in stock such as the model, color, size, and/or options that you put into this chair. If you do choose a chair that needs to be built, it takes approximately 2-4 weeks to build this chair. You will be notified by e-mail the build time after the order is placed. Please contact us before placing the order if you have questions about this.
When you purchase from Express Medical Supply , we give you free shipping for all orders over $75.00!! Our free shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Free shipping is shipped by UPS or FEDEX for most items.
When purchasing a larger item such as a scooter, power wheelchair, lift chair, etc. your order will most likely be delivered by common carrier. In addition to our free standard delivery we also offer white glove delivery or inside delivery for some of our products. These delivery methods can be chosen for an additional fee. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery date when shipping either inside delivery or white glove. White glove delivery adds an additional 5-7 days on top of standard delivery time. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide us with a street address if your billing address is a PO Box.
For any order that is shipping outside of the continental United States, please choose check or money order as your payment method and we will e-mail you with the shipping costs. You will be charged separately for the shipping after we quote you a price and you agree to this price. You may also call our toll-free number at (800) 965-5354 and we will quote your shipping over the phone or feel free to e-mail us customerservice@expressmedicalonline.com and we will respond with the shipping price.
Express Medical Supply, Inc wants you to be totally satisfied with your products. If you are unhappy with an item you purchased you may return it under the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packing with all the materials.
The product must be returned in no more than 30 days from receipt.
Restocking fees: 25% restocking fee on all cushions and Unease’s, 10% restocking fee on all power wheelchairs and large scooters. (You will be informed of items that have a restocking fee on your invoice and your confirmation e-mail.)
Items that are NOT returnable: Ultra lightweight wheelchairs, sport wheelchairs, and hand cycles. (You will be informed of items that are NOT returnable on your invoice and your confirmation e-mail.)
Also, any items that are customized are NOT returnable
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product was damaged or a different product from the one ordered.
You should contact us if you want to return an item, we will provide with an RA number. The item must be returned with an RA and must be shipped no more than 10 days from receiving the RA number.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if you choose to return an item.
If you choose to cancel your order after your order has been shipped, this return policy applies. You must take delivery of the purchased products; contact us for an RA number so you can return your items. If you do not take delivery of your products, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
We will credit your account once we receive the items back. If you paid using a credit card, we will credit your account and if you paid using a check or money order, we will send you a check within two weeks of receiving your return.

There is a 10% service charge for all cancellations after an order has been processed online or by phone and paid for.
There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

If you refuse your merchandise you will be charged for shipping charges as well as a 25% restocking fee.
